Default Any idea's on how to sleep better?

I haven't been sleeping well for the past couple of months.

And yes i do have a mild case of Insomnia

Any good ways to promote sleep?

I took 2 Benadryl last night and all that did was make me high as a freaking kite.

Can you expound a little? What sort of symptoms do you have? Is it more an issue that you wake up frequently during your sleep, or do you have trouble going to sleep in the first place, or both? Perhaps some other symptoms? Please do explain

Well i am (Flame and i kill you) Depressed.

I have problems falling asleep and staying asleep...

Coffee Bawls or anything has no effect on me.

What you need is a Anti-sound-deadening-device.

Just turn on a window fan in your room. I absolutely have to have a fan going for me to fall asleep. But I do just fine without one if I'm at a friend's house.

For some people, it's the noise (almost like a white noise, but constant so you don't concentrate on it) and for others it's the air moving over them.
