Yeah, I was on my Uncle's new Dell recently fixing a problem and I went ahead and decided to uninstall crapware, to come to find out there wasn't anything to uninstall... I was amazed... On the other hand, Acer puts tons of stupid games and such on their systems. Was working on setting up a new Acer desktop for an older guy today and I sat there for at least 20 minutes uninstalling all that crap...

Yeah, I remember when my dad got his Acer laptop and I had to spend like 2 hours uninstalling and updating crap on the computer. Not fun.

Typically, most consumer notebooks come bloated on arrival. That's why I recommend users buy business notebooks.

See I like Gateway because they don't put tons of shitware on it.

I'll guarantee you that'll change.

Wow it says there was two and a half hours left and two and a half hours or so later (give or take maybe 10 minutes) it was pretty much gone.

Think yourselves lucky that Vista even calculated how much you have left, because on my Laptop, which is apparently a HP fault, it does not display how long I have left, just a percentage, which is pretty inaccurate
