Annoying things on forums..

So, what's so annoying on forums ?

My biggest mood banger is when you help someone and they don't report back .. I just hate people like that..

What about you? Maybe if we had alot of posts here then I'm sure the site team can tweak problems or adjust things

I could care less if someone doesn't say anything after I help them. I help them for their sake, not mine.

Things that bother me... Not much. Bone headed people can be a little annoying, but they are also interesting.

You find some people get a problem fixed and don't find the need to come back and let you know. It's par for the course. If you think it's bad here you should be active at the VB help forums. I'd say 70% of the questions reflect the user is absolutely clueless. They can't compose a question with enough information to make responses meaningful. When you ask for more details like version number, mods installed, template edits, and hosting type, you get ignored. They just keep pounding on the same question. There are too many variables to consider to give a working solution without that sort of information.
And those that only post in the presales or lounge/chit chat sections you know right off the bat they're running nulled copies. That pisses me off to the max. They've got some nerve. I paid for mine, you pay for yours.

As for applying that same logic to computer problems it comes down to this:
99% of problems people have with computers is the loose nut between the chair and the keyboard. 1% are legitimate hardware/software/ISP(network) issues. It irks me to no end when you can't get some one to tell you what they were running and what they were doing when the system started acting up. I really don't give an aeronautical intercourse if you were visiting a porno site. You got a problem, let's fix it.

I could go on and on about things online that irk the crap out of me. But I won't. I think I've made my case.

Far be it for ME the irritating, agitating, PITA JOHN BULL to repent and become all nice and cuddly, but even my wide scope of abusive chatter is shamefully surpassed by a comment like this.

Yes, *superman22x" has had a go at me, but is`nt that what he is here for ? Being right all the time as I am is rather boring and to get a kick or two from guys like *superman22x" keeps me alert.

AND, *superman22x" has helped me on more than a few occasions, for which I am very grateful.

Honest, I feel this comment deserves a severe reprimand or possibly worse.
