The only time I remember a house being burned down in Fresh-Prince is when will tried to cook a Flambé.

The house didn't burn down, just the kitchen. He tried to flambe and he put too much alcohol in it and it exploded. He tried to put it out and it didn't work. Cut to the next scene and it shows him sitting in a charred kitchen saying "mama noooo!"
