Lightbulb WYSYWIG is WYSINWYG

Is it just me, or is the WYSYWIG editor not WYSIWYG? I am using chrome, and have the full WYSIWYG editor enabled... but I just get tags wrapped around my text rather than a view of what it will ACTUALLY look like.

I think chrome also handles the web differently as i've had similar problems. I am on firefox and have no problems with that stuff.
