Default why not start a "Build" category under "General"...?

that way people could put their builds in there and the total price, posters who are looking to build a new system could then peruse those threads to get an idea of a system that they could afford considering their budget instead of having a million "hey this is my build, this is what it cost, what do y'all think...?" threads with a million replies...

the threads would be strictly for new build posts, no replies, just builds and prices...

We've tried something like that before and it just fell out of existance. The hard part about that is the constanly changing prices/technology. We would need to keep updating, or making new threads.
