1. What does

mean. I got it in the "Reputation Received" section of my cp.

2. I just read the rules on sigs, are we not allowed Images? I just tried with no success..

1. You get those from new members with no rep.

2. Correct. No images in sigs. This subject has been covered many times in this forum.
