Default Timezone Issues

Hi everyone. I have noticed that there is a bug with time zones. I my timezone is GMT+10 and it is showing up as GMT+11. Is anyone else noticing this error, I first noticed it this morning when I first logged on.

"Automatically detect DST settings" works okay for me. Which one are you using?
