Another website has a spot on it's lower left-hand screen that says "thanks." You click it and a thank you pops up identifying the name of the member who clicked on it.

It's a nice convenience and, more so than that, it serves as a reminder that posters do appreciate thank yous.

I dont think the rep system is that obvious for people to see / use. I have made a few changes to make the system easier / clearer to use. Take a look here http://www.computerforums.org/cf-sug...de-106381.html for what has been done
