Slow again?

Its slow as of now as well. It took around 10 tries to access even this thread

Yeah, I couldn't get on about an hour ago. Too many time outs.

I thought we switched servers, or at least, we did at one point, not long before the new upgrade.

nah its still the same server, I just blocked the china IPs which did the trick. I'm going to try IIS again on port 81 and see how that goes
