Posting Rules: Posting Attachments

I notice that in the posting rules it states that I may not post attachments. Is that routinely blocked for all members, or is it a privilege earned or ????

This looks like a great website. I hope I can get some good advice. I have already posted a rather large inquiry in the hardware section about my three lame computers.

No one can post attachments. Just upload the file to somewhere and post a link.

Its blocked for everyone. There woulnd't be any point in enabling it if it was against the rules!
