Default Page cannot be displayed?

Some people are having trouble accessing CF lately and getting these kind of errors. Is anyone else having any trouble?

Yes it has been happening occasionally this week. The site has been very slow as well.

I've had the same error too. Frequently the forum won't properly display. Long lags, especially when posting. But it gets worse when you actually make a new thread.
