The forum might have incorrect permissions set where it doesn't increase post count in that forum.

You dont get a post, when you make a thread. Well atleast I dont, when I make a new thread I dont get a post for it. Im preety sure thats the reason, so its correct he should only have one, because the first one is the question when he made the new thread, which you dont get a post for, and the second post he made was couinted so there for he has 1....
