Has Rep been turned off or something?

I tried to leave rep and a box popped up asking me to sign in again,,,I did, and then it took me to a form that said "no link specified,,,,if you followed a link, notify the webmaster". Anyone else having this problem, or has the rep system been turned off or something?

umm, just a thought. But didn't David say that those who abuse the rep system will no longer be able to use it or something? Since it's working for everyone else it must be something about your account.

i definately have not abused it, as i have never even used it before this attempt, so i don't know why it would be off.

You have to spread the rep around, not constantly the same persons
