looks like the forum has reached a decision.

ultimately it id David's choice but to get my view across.

George was a pain he did not accept his ban and continued to make multple accouts to spam and annoy but now by taking this time out he seems to have matured and in a position of authority i would be inclined to say he seems to have learned his lesson he should be allowed back but any sign of the old behaviour and he will be gone.

That way its not saying look you can do what u want in this forum and we will let you back its saying look people who come here and mess about they get kicked if they think this forum is good engough to try and come back to they can mature take some time out and then request permission to return at which point they should be allowed back on the condition that they sort it out and any repeat behaivour they are gone for good!
