I actually quite like the layout - I have to admit I copied it on my Forums, with only the Categories Showing! Gets a lot of new users out of the fear when they see maybe 15 or more forums in one page. Also means you can add more without looking crazy.

all tho with the amount of catagorys you do have maybe its an ok thing

The stretch is a good idea; was a bit compact before. Don't know whether 90% would be better?

Categories are nice too. System was a good Idea to choose. It would look cluttered with them all visible.
