Default File Mirror?

Any one up for a file mirror? Maybe a CF File Mirror? Hosted off this server?

It would provide more traffic, also it would be handy to have software useful to the community all in one place!

I Would also volunteer to maintain it

Would make sense. But would have to be handled carefully.
You got a script to build it on?

I'm not sure David would want to pay for all the extra bandwidth and storage...

It's a good idea, but to be honest, there are plenty of places to get the software from. Maybe start a thread with a bunch of links to popular and useful apps that members might want to get? Stuff like pc monitoring software and the more popular spyware apps and free virus apps....

You could check with www.filehippo.com and www.majorgeeks.com to get the details on being a mirror for them. I would imagine their standards are pretty high.
