There is no icon in the taskbar. This is my linux netbook. BTW is there a GPU client for linux? All I found was CPU.

EDIT: How do I make the F@H client stay in terminal? I want to watch the progress.

Download and run FahMon. Add your folding clients to the client list. It has many options for you to watch your folding progress.
