Ive probably said before, but ill say it again:

Id like to do it, but my ISP would view this as sketchy and too much like p2p. Because isnt it just like a giant program that connects computers to do insane multitasking for cancer research?

I should probably go read the site, shouldnt I.. haha

it doesn't use much bandwidth, and u can choose it to connect like every 5 hours or so. Atleast thats how it's with boinc, which is a similar kinda program, only with alot of projects that u can choose from.

Well, my PC is running at 50% on that, so I guess it doesn't hurt. Maybe I should connect a PII and run it 24/7. Or maybe ALL PCs.

I think I will consider it when I want my PC as a heater, it made my CPU jump 20 degrees or so

Here's the deal, I have just set up a server in my cupboard, a good one. It's only a file server, so folding @ home is on, and running.
