Default Different colours for sticky titles

Is there a way to make the importnat sticky titles a differnt colour? with the added rules and the one about posting your specs put up recently i think they should stand out a bit more so ppl read them. i didn't notice any of the new ones till i read ppl refering to them in other threads.

Default No from VB...

There isn't a colour command in the title edit functions. VB was made that way I guess. But there is not a function we can get to from the mod functions.

There are, but it is again a Hack, and would only run on vBulletin 3.0, which David will not do.
