What are you talking about? When UserCP is checked, it just displays all the Rep Information EXCEPT who issued it..... There are also no options to activate such.

The numbers are based on posts, users own reputation, age of registration and many other factors etc.

Exactly. So David, if we are supposed to see who gave the rep then there must be something wrong since we don't. Only mods do.
