why hasnt he? If its cause of someone having a porn/inapropriate one ban him..If its cause of that, i see it as a laziness factor of not wanting to do a what moderator does, as a am admin /mod you moderate the forums keeps them clean as thats your job. Often i see on here moderators being involved in flame fights.. So i think we should have custom avatars as long as everyone obeys guide lines. but if it is a server issue just have us all find out own image hostingfor our avatars like www.imageshack.us
