Default ComputerForums Wiki?

Hey, i know it's my second Idea thread - But how about a computerforums Wiki? We could write guides on how to do things, etc? If you think its a good idea, I can host.

Edit:

URL: http://wiki.computercure.org/

Totally empty right now. Setting stuff up. It looks as much like Wikipedia as i can manage

Oh dear. It's gonna take quite some time to upload these files . Haha

edit:

OK - For now, i am gonna not use MediaWiki (The Software that WikiPedia uses), Because i have had no experience installing it or w/e. I will try out some other software that seems easier for a first time install .

Nope, not a good idea. I'm sure some past members are holding a grudge against this forum, and this'll be a great way for them to vandalize it.

If we do then it should just be hosted on CF, its tacky having a different domain. just use wiki.computerforums.org

Well - There is a history function thingamabob. We can ban them, and revert to the un-vandalized version. People that have a grudge WANT us to think like this. We shouldn't let them affect our decisions.

Or we can just make it so mods review each revision... It isn't that hard reading a paragraph or two.
