the ads at the top and bottom of the page are meant to be there, but they are not meant to invoke pop ups.

Blonde, what browser are you using, im on a mac aswell using safari and it is fine.

Scrap the ads and use some real ads,like Amazon, some career things and Google

Those arnt pop ups, there just ads in the browser. The site has to make money somehow...
