I think JCB said that he made some changes to the site. I noticed that it was doing the same thing for me in IE. Chrome displays correctly though.

It's just on the forum home page. Everywhere else looks fine. The navbar tabs background is gone. Might be the width has been altered too short to let them expand out on the forum home page.
