I see. At another forum, Only mods can give out Avatars, and once you have one you can't change it yourself, you have to have them change it. I mean the forum only has 16k members

Most of the members don't even come on anymore,lol. they come with a problem and when it's fixed they leave and don't come back. having a list is OK, having none would suck.
