Default Announcements...

Any particular reason why they aren't on the main CF page? I guess, if there was a spammer/virus going around, as a member or non-member I'd want to know as soon as I got to the web page (since you can click into a thread from the main page, potentially bypassing the announcement).

Just a question...thought I'd ask.

WHen I made the announcement I made it put it up as public as I could. David might be able to make it so it's available on the main page, but I do not have that power.

That said, I completly agree. It would be best on the main page as well. Although things seem to have quieted down so I might just take it down within the next day or two.

Yeah...well, I figured it was at it's "highest" level it could be since all announcements I have ever noticed where in the same "place". But, like I said, it was just a question--and more-so for future announcements (since I haven't noticed much out of place lately now either).
