Default Workstation rebuild

Hi, im hoping someone can help me, could someone please define the term "rebuild" when talking about rebuilding a workstation a Windows based server. Also how do you perform this operation?

If someone could me out this would be very much appreciated!

Well, I'm not the server guy, but I will tell you what I think it means......

Basically, a rebuild means reloading the OS from scratch, and configuring all the services it needs to provide to the network. As to how you perform this operation, I cannot answer, because the only server I have ever installed is Novel, and it was a while ago.
