Default Total Noob - Exchange Server

I have a home server running Windows Server 2000 and is set up to iis etc..

Now i would like to go further. When i want to go to my website i go to my ip address or my dynamic dns address.

This is all fine.

Right he is the question.

If i was go get a copy of exchange server and install it and bought a domain with 1and1. What would i need to set up or 'buy'?
I also have a dynamic ip which i cannot get a static from my isp

So i can have emails sent to my doamin and come to each mail account that i can set up through active directory(i have used one before doing this but i have never set one up)

So then on the other machines i can then just add the exchange account and all will be fine etc..

This is a TOTAL new thing for me but i would like the learning from it.

So if anyone could help or provide some good pdfs/websites that would be great

Many thanks!

Adam
