Spam filters on Exchange (SBS2003)

Hi does anyone know of any good software or if exchange has an inbuilt system that has spam filters?

I have an Exchange server on Small Business Server 2003 and the majority of staff are fine and dont get a lot of spam but one employee gets about 40 or more spam mail a day, any way of stoping this?

Keep in mind that with Exchange 2003 SP2 installed you don't need to manually install IMF ... it comes with SP2. There are plenty of tutorials online on how to manage IMF.
