Default Setting up a CS:S server

Hey guys, I have a VERY large question.

I recently set up a clan for CS:S, and I would really like to know how to set up a 24/7 server. So like, I can leave it and it will still be on. I have completely no idea.

Can anybody help?
Thanks,
Thel

Oh man I am having MAJOR probs. I did everything fine, but every time I start it up I cannot see it in the server browsers. I think this is a port forwarding problem, I tried getting to my router page by inputting my IP, and it works, but I have no idea what my username or password is.

Any ideas where I actually got them?

EDIT: I edited the problem, the one before I solved.
