Hello, I am planning on opening up my own secure I.S.P. for my local community. I would love any recommendations for reliable, secure servers, cost is somewhat of an issue, servers under $5000 would be a plus but feel free to recommend any server at any price!

Hosting your own is defiantly the best, I would build mine if I were you, How many clients will there be and what is the amount of bandwidth/throughtput these suers will need from it.

what do you mean your "own secure I.S.P" are you talking about internet service provider or what? so we can help you out little bit better.
