Openvms virtualization question

Greetings all..
I have a VAX server having openvms OS, I want to migrate to new platform server but with the same openvms OS visualized because the application which running the whole company designed on openvms enviroment and i am running out of free space over here . my comany can't afford a total migrate of openvms now.
my questions is : what is the best company to execute this visualization process in Egypt ? with documents proving your answer to convince my managers.
Note: large brand names is also included such as(Microsoft, hp ,.....)
