Open a port...

Okay, I found out that anyone can create a SHOUTcast radio for free! All you need is the server files, so I decided to try it on my desktop, the thing is, I can't figure out how to open port 8000 (the broadcasting port) on my router! My router is a belkin54g, anyone have any ideas?

if you browse to your router there will usually be a web interface that will allow you to set up ports and redirects etc...
