New to webservers

And have just got one going, but I can only access it on the webserver with http://localhost. I registered a dns thingy name at tk.tzo.com but all that comes up is my modem configuration info... Help Pls :)
 
The dns is not the issue, if you are getting your modem/ router config page, you have remap the config for that modem to a non standard port such as 8080 and forward port 80 to your webserver.
 
the last time i used no-ip, it let you do port forwarding so you could just set up the server for port 8080
