Default network/user monitor

Can some one suggest a good network monitor for mainly monitoring websites visited by the users. I have found many out there but was wondering if anyone has experience with a good one. I only need to monitor a few computers. I would obviously like one that doesn't bog down the network or the user computer. Thanks.

What UP?

do they use IE?

this script can let you view user's viewing habbits ... even if they dump history.

if you want to view just a few users this is the way to go .. if they use other web brousers this wont work.

most applications that monitor users requires a large investment and upkeep
