Default network protection

hi good day.

i am wondering if anyone could suggest a good application that will track and see in real time the websites that a computer in a network go , deny downloading and other protection.

i have physical and admin rights on the win2k pro server.

hi mate!
why don't you set up proxy so that you can deny the downloads and add other protection to your network.
are you the administrator of company??

i have set up a proxy, winroute in win2k server.
i am tasked to administer a group of computers here and i am given full access.
