Question

we have a hosting web site with email
XXX@versalandscape.com

is it possible to setup a exchange server using our company current email address?

what would be bennies be?

and can i use it for a global calander via outlook 03

yes, just make sure you set it up correctly, if you haven't done it before you may spend a fair while pulling hair out.

once set up, contact your host company and discuss MX records etc with them. They should have an online guide/support tickets on how to change everything over.

yes, but you should know what you are doing if you plan to install exchange .. there are some requierments .. and there is a steap learing curve.

Its a great product though

Have you ever thought about an alternative? Such as using Google Apps for your email hosting? They let you have youremail@yourdomain.com for free (for non business accounts of course) and if your a business account its like $50 / year for the account. If your a big business I'm sure you could probably get a bulk discount or something from Google. Check it out at: http://www.google.com/a
