I need To get past WEP

I have a psp go and my friend has an itouch, at are school the internet it blocked, is there anyway to get past it, please tell me, also i was wondering how i can get passed blocked websites, but i don't want to use a proxy server,

They obviously have these systems in place for a reason. You asking for illegal advice, and that is a no-no on this forum. Go elsewhere.
