FTP Help
I'm trying to connect to a website via FTP. Account is all setup with full permission and everything but the host and port? I'm putting the IP and 8001 for port, but it's not working
 . This is my first time using a FTP.

I believe FTP is port 80...

FTP is usually port 21 - though that's just by convention. There's nothing stopping whoever set it up putting it on a completely different (and random) port. I've occasionally seen them on 22 as well, but beyond that it's pretty much a guess I'm afraid. |
