well could be any file/document that users use - eg: user tries to open outlook and their PST file is on the server, outlook spits out a message that says "Access denied, file being used" . I check the files being used in the Open Files folder under Computer Management and its not there. If I reboot the server it fixes the problem.
Am I missing something? Am I looking in the wrong place?
