Default DSMOD Help

So for an exercise in a powerpoint for class I am trying to reset a whole group of users passwords using the DSMOD command in CMD. When I run it just does nothing but when I make a batch script it keeps on going down the lists just repeating what I told it to do but it doesn't appear to be doing anything.

The syntax is dsmod user -pwd Password -disabled No.

Ya. It's basically like a folder in ad that let's put objects into. User accounts. Computer accounts. Security groups.
