Unhappy Dell Poweredge 860 freezing

Hi
I have a dell poweredge 860 server running Windows 2008 R2 64bit
I has started to freeze after about 12 hours and needs the power switched off to reboot it. when it freezes the mouse cursor can still move but the keyboard won't enable caps lock and i am unable to access the shared folders, remote desktop or ping the server.
I tried updating the driver of the Broadcom net extreme ethernet cards from version 14 to 15 and have disabled teaming and am only using 1 NIC as this was suggested on dells website.
the event log doesn't have anything unusual, normally the last event before it freezes is the clock has been synced.
The sever is on its own in a new rack so its not overheating

Does anyone have any ideas on why it freezes???

Default Re: Dell Poweredge 860 freezing

I have fixed it, there was a updated driver for the com port which fixes this issue.
