If your storing 20TB of stuff you really don't want to be making it 'at lowest cost'

lock that cockerel in a bank vault.

It's not. He already said eaRlier in the thread he wants to get into the online storage business.

Cheaping out really isn't the way to go in this siuation.

(you and your customer wan't reliability).

That said, there wouldn't be a lot wrong with using low spec hardware (that'd be a lot cheaper).
