Cpanel and webmail question

I am using webhostingbuzz.com for my web hosting. Through cpanel, I can create email address for my domain.com. I can send and receive email through these addresses. However, through my domain:2095, users can't log on. How do I "activate" their accounts so to speak to allow users to log on?

Remember, to add the @webhostingbuzz.com after their username...

hmm, well, I'm not quite sure that is the case...
I have a username@mydomain.com which I can send and receive mail through...they can mail me at username@mydomain.com and I receive it...also, they receive mail from that...my question is, how can they log into their email address?

They just use their email address as the username, and password is their password, of course.

user: username@domain.com
password: password
