Default CentOS install?

Hi,
I'm wanting to install CentOS 5.6 on my server and I download the DVD one and it has 2 .iso's do I take the files out of both the ISO's and put them on the disk? I'm a bit confused as I usually use Ubuntu and Windows server and not server OS like this where it's in 2 parts.

Thanks!

Burn the ISO images to DVD disks using ImgBurn (Windows OS) or Brasero (Ubuntu - Linux OS) and boot your server with the first disk. The installation process will let you know when and if you need to use the second disk.
