Applying a certificate for Server Administration?

Hi everyone, just installed Windows Server 2003 R2 and have set up my web server. Everything works ok but when I log into the server administration a warning message comes up saying the following:

"The SSL certificate automatically created for the administration of this server ensures encrypted communications. However, it also causes a warning when you administer the server. To avoid this warning, obtain a properly signed certificate from a certificate authority"

I have applied a certificate to IIS but when I log into server administration to confirm box thing comes up saying:

"The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site" Again after login, the warning message appears.

Anyone know how I could resolve it?!
Regards,
James.
