Default Apache wont start!!!

This week I just built a website and i need my apache server to work to work with my website. I run apache from xampp, but since yesterday when i pressed 'stop' it wont start back up again. Ive done all I know to do but can't figure out how to clear port 80 and get it to start. I even re-installed xampp and all of its features. Any suggestions? Thanks

Default Re: Apache wont start!!!

hey everyone, after hours of research i found the solution. i had to go into the apache config files and configure it to liten on port 8081 instead of 80. Just thought id post the solution in case someone else has this problem.
