W7 microsoft security essentials Unknown win32/trojan

I have done some researching, but nothing really solid that i found. my screen is totally black, no matter what i boot it in. safe mode, cmd mode, normal. cant access anything, not system restore, no cmd, nothing. it wants me to run a scan off the online, then gives me choices that arent legit obviously.

i have an oem version of w7 that i got from school. i need to reformat, but do i need the code? also i installed it from an iso file on a cd, that will work again right? or is there another way to do it...

if you have any info on it, or know a solution let me know!!!!!! also if you need more info.

this is what happened pretty much. but i cant get to anything. everything i try and open just goes into that and says it was a detected item. no internet, no cmd.

ugghh.
