Possible virus, malware or Trojan?

I have noticed several odd things that might indicate a virus or rookit of some sort on my computer. For example, the biggest worry for me is that the computer has significantly slowed down. The computer still has 432GB of free space, so it won't be that. I have also run scans with Norton360 and Malwarebytes. Both in normal and a scan on safe mode. Thus - I've generated a HiJackThis and a Sophos Anti-Rookit log below:

I suggest you download malwarebytes: anti-malware and boot into safe mode. The from there you install the program and scan, while in safe mode.

Try Microsoft security essentials or even Google spyware doctor both work wonderfully for me(and their free).
